Envirohuman impact: (Let’s break it down) “Enviro,” pertains to the environment and “human,” in this case, refers to what humans are doing to the environment, and further, “impact,” has to do with what impact does the actions of humans have on the environment and how does the ensuing environmental change impact humans? Here we are talking about both the negative and positive impacts.
Ideally, any person’s or group people’s envirohuman impact would be measured on a scale, but because it’s difficult to put tangible numbers that correspond to the myriad chemicals expelled by humans into their environment (to mention just one large facet of pollution), it is simply an idea at this point. Envirohuman impact is a word phrase made for this site, it is its title and the main point of the site. However, we are working to define what it is, what it means, and what kind of influence such a definition could eventually have on industry and the political worlds.
Without a measurable scale, we’ll concentrate on negative and positive envirohuman impacts, and from time to time, attempt, with your help, to define this phrase, to ask the scientific community to build a scale that can assign a numerical (and possibly financial) representation that business will hopefully use just as they do with any cost of doing business
Mostly, on this site, we’ll look at what others are doing. We’ll discuss the envirohuman impacts of both positive and negative stories regarding the environment both on earth, and on the web. We want to be part of the conversation, and more than that, to empower you to be part of that conversation.
